The Finders Keepers
I have this friend who always picks up money off the ground - mostly 5 cent pieces. She says it's good luck or something but either way she happens to find a lot of them and it all adds up right. Well contemporary independent artists and designers imagine for a moment you are that 5 cent piece and The Finders Keepers are looking for you!
Polish your wares, submit your application by September 11 and hopefully you'll land heads up for the pickings. After all Brisbane you are the chosen ones. Originally from Sydney, The Finders Keepers decided to bring their market concept here for their first interstate jaunt. So don't hide yourself in the nooks and crannies, there is only so much time and you know what they say... finders keepers, losers weepers.

FourThousand is a subcultural guide to Brisbane, published daily and fired by email weekly. It is compiled by an amorphous gaggle of Brisbane writers, stylists, designers and photographers who all like huddling under that big umbrella we like to call creativity. Without editorial independence FourThousand has nothing. All editorial you read is featured because it's worth it - not because it's paid for.
