Wallflower Suite
We all know suburban shopping can be a fruitless endeavour at times. Wallflower Suite, in the forgotten end of Paddington, is one of the few stores that make hitting the pavement worthwhile. They offer brands familiar enough to be comfortable yet quirky enough to be original, such as True Religion jeans, Ben Sherman, DDP, Melinda and Narnia, Scotch and Soda and Preacher.
The often-looked-over lads have plenty to choose from here, including an impressively large collection of dress shirts, jeans and funky hats. Wallflower Suite is also home to a huge range of accessories and tidbits, from panties to piggybanks. The works of local artists and jewellery designers lend a hand in creating a luxe, welcoming aesthetic. Forget tall poppies, this wallflower is more than welcome at my next party.
