The Art of Touring
The Art of Touring is an amazing collection of writing and photographs that reflect artist experiences "on the road". The cool coffee table-esque book is for those who have and haven't endured the rollercoaster of ‘livin' the dream' out of a suitcase.
The Art of Touring features loads of hilarious, scary, beautiful and sad anecdotes (and photographs) from all the bands I have been crushing on like Electrelane, Le Tigre, Explosions in the Sky, Sonic Youth and Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
There is even a beautiful photo of our very own Story Bridge, awww. The best bit however, is that the accompanying DVD includes awesome live footage and hilarious tour journals. Check it out before you go anywhere else.
