Original men's fashion designers are hard to come by in Brisbane, with most local talents favouring the arena of women's fashion and accessories. Understandably, we were both excited and relieved to discover friendly local duo Dave and Holly and their freshly-born brand thatwasyesterday.
The duo bring us a range of affordable, edgy streetwear for men; right now focusing on a collection of creative print tees, vests and jumpers that look and feel three times as expensive as they actually are (the quality fabrics used undoubtedly lend a hand here).
Women can rest assured the brand caters to both sexes, with a smattering of singlets, dresses, skirts and tops in a myriad of interesting shapes and patterns. Catch them at the Valley Markets Saturday, Southbank Markets all weekend, or browse and buy at their online store.
