As part of the Expo 88 anniversary celebrations, the Plough Inn is hosting an event which should make any beer drinker (or general pisspot) cheer. In the spirit of globalism, South Bank's favourite bar public will, for one weekend only, house a veritable crapload of beers from various reaches of the planet. Get blitzed on German ale, plonked on British stout, blind on Thai lager, mummified on Egyptian mead… actually, we're not sure if there will be mead there, but no matter. All you need to know is, if you are a worldly, irresponsible drinker, this is your only hangout this weekend. Enjoy the hangover!
