I am a digital android and this is a digital world
Have you ever noticed how ridiculously lusty we all are for digital these days? More "traditional" art forms - you know the ones, they require you pick up something other than a computer mouse to create them - are struggling more than ever to assert their worth.
Painting may have been around for thousands of years, but doesn't that just make it really old school? And isn't that a good thing. Anyway, that's a digression.
Local artist Math Book Poets is exhibiting new works at The Outpost including two large murals and a heap of paintings on found objects such as cigarette packets. We don't want to give too much away, you'll just have to go check it out.
It's strictly BYO tallies, but if you do, and it is in a brown paper bag, the artist will sign it for you. One day it could be worth something, and either way you get a tallie!
