Does anyone truly like the Hoodoo Gurus? Are they just one of those bands who were popular in their day because there wasn’t much else of substance in the mainstream? Or are they true Australian music icons who have helped change the course of Australian rock?
We’re not willing to pass judgement - this is merely a note to let you know that they’re playing tonight. But what?! Children Collide are supporting?! It’s kinda like when The Valentinos (was that before or after they became The Lost Valentinos?) supported The Church … what’s going on?! Trying to appeal to the young’uns is hard these days I suppose - you need all the help you can get. - SM
