Dance floor heavyweights Crystal Castles headline the first annual Lick It Christmas Party, making the trek from Canada to please the expectantly large crowd. Sydney’s Catcall, fresh off a tour with The Gossip , will pep up the tempo of the proceedings, as will regular DJ Sleater Brockman and a respectable trail of local dance acts. With a highly successful year behind them, the organisers of Lick It promise bigger and better things for the new year, however this is your last chance in ’07 to shake your groove thang and look damn stylish while doing so at this immensely popular club night, so why not pop in, pop a pill (over-the-counter meds only, please), and then pop-n-lock? - SM
