Need something to do between Taco Tuesday and Thursday's $10 pizza and beer? The Alibi has you sorted for at least three days this week. The iconic eating/drinking hole is hosting a vintage skate sale this Wednesday night. Be transported back to a much simpler time when you didn't get arrested for skating on the footpath, when skating was done by young and old and not just on video games.

The skate sale serves up a whole range of pretty vintage decks. The art that sits on the underneath of a skateboard is somewhat of a secret - you never really see it and when you do it has the potential to be scratched or have stickers or other skating paraphernalia plastered over it. There will be over 60 decks on offer and a whole heap of other 'guff' will apparently be on display for you to sticky beak at and get jealous over.

This is no plain old boring exhibition. Everything on display will be up for sale. No imposing auctions, just set sale prices! So if you love skateboards, drinks, dinner and all the other wonderful things Alibi, then get yourself along. That is if your hangover isn't too atrocious from the ridiculousness that is Taco Tuesday.
