The Versus Show strikes back! In September last year the concept was spawned by artist Mel Baxter; a versus show is the love child of two artists mutual admiration of one other, instead of being all like 'oh, me, me, me' they are like 'oh, you, you, you'! And then it's like ooeer, what about you + me? Yep, it's genius. The second ever Versus Show is a rainbow of collaboration between photographer Beth Willis and skater/artist Jay Musk and it's going down at the new Versus Gallery (a salute to the Versus Show concept) housed inside The Fort.

So what's the versus part? Well, the work they are pining up for your praise consists of Beth's main work of documenting Jay as a skater versus Jay's stencilled/ painted decks. You'll also be treated to Beth's kooky photography of people other than Jay. Her only previous showing sold out, because her work lacks pretence, its modest and honest and very cool.

So the night promises to be a playground of skate and street culture, also featuring music by DJ Teva, short films, live stencilling and a built in skate ramp on Jay will be busting some moves. Sick!
