It's not often that we review dance performances in FourThousand. There are at least three perfectly good reasons for that - one, there has been more than enough dancing on television lately, two, I'm still recovering from the humiliation of dancing inside a sausage suit at my high school's ‘Great Australian BBQ'-themed Rock Eisteddfod, and three, most dancing is actually just lame (unless you can freestyle like this).
But when you take dance and throw in the emotion of fury, that's when things start to become interesting. When you also add in some sweet music, acrobatics and an awesome light show, this is when I begin to start thinking about forgiving the lords of dance for my shortcomings in co-ordination. Hey chill out Michael Flatley, I was talking about metaphorical dancing lords, not your stupid show.
