If you think you are going to understand Here and There magazine in the next 180-200 words, think again. Here and There appears rather than gets published. It is like a dropped diary on the street, highly personal in a way that deserves to be respected, but you don't have to return it to the rightful owner.

We young people lead stressful lives. Updating our facebook statuses, waiting for that new FOTC episode to download, twittering frantically... Naturally, all that time bent over a computer means havoc for our backs, and - if my $75/hr physio taught me anything - the only way to combat a life of inevitable pain and humpbackedness is to get up every ten minutes, do regular complex stretches, and stickytape a list of neck exercises to the side of your laptop/car dashboard.
