Limedrop's latest, the Autumn Winter '09 Collection is titled ‘The Huntsman'. Now, when we think ‘huntsman' we are forgiven for thinking either of the relatively harmless variety of big, furry, crawly things - that still scare most of us into a congeal state of fear - or men in plaid, found in ‘the woods' with rifles.

Well, this collection does happen to feature some plaid (sorry Limedrop - I know it's checks, but ‘plaid' has that ring to it ya' know?) and it's a little furry in parts too - however, Limedrop were (thankfully) inspired by the latter of these two huntsman images - to be concise: 'yesteryears huntsman rescuing damsels from the ravages of the cold winter'.

Aside from being hip to the bone, this collection will indeed do it's darndest to keep you from the ravages of the cold. Using the kind of fabrics that will hopefully make part of your day feel like you're still curled up in that warm womb-like organ, bed. Relaxed flannelette long sleeved shirts and cable knit pants - yes pants - those baggy britches are certainly a statement piece, and a comfortable statement I'll bet.
