If there's anything more important than cheese, it's what you keep it in. Many a toasted cheese and tomato sanga has been sabotaged by opening the fridge to find a dried-out block of Mainland Tasty. You can leave as many passive-aggressive Post-It notes for your flatmates as you like, but some people can't be taught.
If you can't bear to see another block of cheese high and dry, it's time to put your money where your mouth is and invest in Tupperware's CheeSmart, just like all good mothers and cheese lovers before us.
The Cheesmart employs two scientific measures: the CondensControl Grid minimises condensation build up on soft cheeses without making your fridge smell like dirty socks, and The Solid Grid minimises the drying of hard cheeses. But functionality is key people - the base also doubles as a cheese server (!), and try as you might to break it in fits of cheese titillation, it's got a lifetime guarantee.
