Ok, it’s true. We aren't as young as we used to be. There, we admitted it.
Once we could party all day and all night, living solely on a diet of deep fried products and gin. But such a lifestyle needed to be abandoned. No longer do we treat our bodies so appallingly. For the FourThousand crew it’s juice and sushi all the way.
Sushi trains and juice bars now litter the Brisbane landscape like an unwanted rash. Even some convenience stores have a little cold cabinet stuffed with sushi rolls.
How did society ever survive without them? What did the teeny-bopper high school girls and metrosexuals do for their daily hit of essential nutrients and omega 3s before them?
Regardless, it is hard to know where to get good quality juice and sushi? Well, we recommend Juice and Sushi Wonderland - a hole in the wall that caters to those who have a hankering for cheap and, most importantly, healthy food.
